Eflyer Program
During the 90-day online Priority Purchaser Program, participants were sent regularly scheduled e-flyers continually feeding them more information about the new Clarendon1021 community and about the September 2004 sales appointment event. Presales Web sites are intentionally kept heavy on branding and design but light on factual information, necessitating the planned “information drop” e-flyers that keep buyers engaged and informed throughout the presales timeframe. This e-flyer program worked wonderfully. Open-and-read rates for each e-flyer were exceptionally high, and of the 6,000+ online registrants, more than 3,000 attended the sales appointment event held on a September evening 90 days after the online program had begun.
