SOLUTION:
Direct Mail, in conjunction with the e-flyer program, targeted the key individuals who signed up on the Priority Buyer's List. The colorful, 6" X 11" marketing piece drove people to the presales Web site where they learned more about the community and registered to be a priority buyer, if they had not already. These vibrant, over-sized postcards reflected the distinct branding campaign by using tropical colors, dynamic photos. The direct mail also provided vital, up-to-date information about Discovery Palms.
