Ecendant Interactive conducts a variety of online research, often complemented by telephonic and in-person interviews, to help our clients determine untapped market segments, understand consumer (and employee) perceptions, and even to fully rebrand themselves within the market. We formulate the research content, and upon our completion of the research provide detailed results analysis and a recommendations report.

For full rebranding exercises, our research is both external and internal. Online telephone surveys to existing customers, potential buyers in the market, industry support groups – even clients’ industry peers – can uncover conceptions and misconceptions that help us recraft the brand image.
